The TASTE Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

At The TASTE Boutique, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Please note that as a boutique, we do not offer monetary refunds. Our policy is strictly for Exchange or Store Credit only.

Return Window & Eligibility

• 7-Day Limit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Note on Tags: If your item arrived without tags, it is still eligible for return as long as it is clearly unworn and in original condition.

How to Process Your Return

  1. Authorization: Email info@thetasteboutique.com
    within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item (s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  3. Address: Once your return is approved, ship your item to:

Exchanges & Store Credit

 

• Exchanges: You may exchange your item for another of equal or greater value.

• Store Credit: If a suitable replacement isn't available, you will receive store credit valid for 18 months. To redeem credit, call us at (404) 358-0504 (Wed–Fri, 12 PM – 6 PM EST).

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items and Gift Cards.

• Custom/Personalized orders (except for a one-time size exchange).

• Personal items: Hats, sleepwear, underwear, loungewear, swimwear, and beauty products.

• Home Goods.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@thetasteboutique.com right away so we can make it right.

Please Note: All original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders shipping to the European Union, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies for return requests.
