Part Time Stylist/Sales Associate

At The Taste Boutique, we are looking for exceptional people who share our love for the customers we serve, the merchandise we sell, and the work we do!

We are seeking a Fashion Stylist/Sales professional for our thriving boutique in West Midtown.
This position is Part Time and is approximately 20-30 hours per week.

We are looking for a fashion-forward, outgoing, and motivated individual who's ready to hit the ground running. We need a dependablekey team member who inspires and leads by example. You will help create amazing memorable experiences for our customers through excellent client focus as well as an impeccable eye for fashion. Must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail who can elevate our customer experience in a fast - paced environment.You will make a beautiful first impression through ensuring the store is kept sparkling and everyone feels safe and welcome at The Taste Boutique.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2-3 years working experience in an upscale retail clothing environment is required.
  • Strong sales, customer service and visual merchandising experience.
  • Must have a passion for fashion and love working with peoples.
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be organized, with a confident, self-starter and collaborative attitude.
  • Quick learner and self motivated.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality is required.
  • Must enjoy working with people.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, store events, etc.
  • Must be an audacious individual of refined TASTE!

    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Managing day to day store operations.
  • Properly greeting and interfacing daily with high-level clients.
  • Style in-store customers, facilitate their shopping journey, offering styling tips and support when needed without being perceived as too pushy or intrusive.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them via email/phone call correspondence to follow up on purchases, suggesting new merchandise, and reminding them of upcoming events.
  • Able to be discrete and respect their privacy and personal space.
  • Strive to meet, or even exceed established sales goals.
  • Maintaining a fashionable personal appearance and always demonstrating a friendly attitude.
  • Assist management in executing operational initiatives and ensuring profitability and efficiency in the store.
  • Effectively execute and implement any store initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain merchandise displays and exquisite visual presentation standards for the store.
  • Check, steam, and prepare product for the sales floor.
  • Replenish merchandising in store.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Manage store POS system.
  • Prepare online orders for shipment.
